This branding and commercial session was spearheaded by Kate Chapmen and Tai Lee then planned with Tristan Estrada. They wanted to capture the indoor atmosphere and feeling of Kanji fantastic open environment. The dimly lit and open restaurant feel enhances the taste of the expertly prepared sushi, nigiri, and entrees that are freshly available. The creativity and care in each dish rounds out the experience captured in this candid-type branding session.
